Hello friends,
This year, I’m trying to fundraise for the Bridge to Brisbane. I’ve done the race a couple times now, and this time I want to make a difference for mental health, an issue I’m very familiar and have experienced plenty of struggles with.

R U OK? is a not-for-profit organisation whose vision is a world where we’re all connected and are protected from suicide.
Our mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those in their world and lend support when they are struggling with life.
